Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Installation
After a customer updated their model-build server to 2.3.0.2.14 (from 2.3.0.2.12), ces_setup.ces failed with this error message:
Searching for new or updated migrations...
Error: Could not find or load main class com.oracle.ugbu.nms.apply.ApplyMigration
utility-apply-migrations.sh -before failed
ERROR ces_setup.ces terminated
They used these commands to run the various versions of the apply-migrations.jar file directly:
This resulting in this output:
Trying 2.3.0.2.0/bin/apply-migration.jar
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:122010, Jdbc-OCI:121020
ces_setup.ces ran without errors on their production server.
Changes
Customer had recently upgraded from 2.3.0.2.12 to 2.3.0.2.14
