Symptoms
The Connection Type drop-down values listed on the PSR Ordering Dialog window's (w_so_optimized_dialog) "What kind of connections are they?" page (connectionlist.jsp) are sorted in an unexpected order which is different in release 6.3 from how they were in 6.2.1.
