On : 6.0.0.1.0 version, CCB
OUTA - Getting unexpected error when executing "DispatchFieldActivityUpdate" component.
User trying to update a field "instructions" in Field Activity (eligible for Dispatch) by using DispatchFieldActivityUpdate component and when user
execute this, getting unexpected error on DateTime. But user didn't specify any date time fields in the databank, not sure why this error messages
related to that.
