Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) up to and including 12.0.0.2.0, executing the partition_utils Perl script in the year 2020 fails if the start date (-s <MMDDCCYY>) provided is in the year 1970.
This issue affects purging objects (-o purge) and removing partitions (-o remove). For example:
