Not Able To Edit Using Replace Range In IDM Web Page (Doc ID 2644704.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Utilities Energy Information Platform 1.6.1.23.0Lite for Load Analysis v 1.11.1.2.4 users are unable to make edits using Range Replace on the Interval Data Manager (IDM) page. 

This issue began after upgrading to latest version of EIP Lite, previous versions did not experience this error. This occurs when using Replace Range functionality, a Page Not Found error is returned

Steps to Reproduce

  1. User logs into EIP Light, navigate to Replace Range
  2. Enter information to replace range, select "Apply"
  3. Returned screen shows "Page Not Found" error
