Got Error When Tried To Open A CRF From RDC Single Mode (Doc ID 2644863.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

Users can't open CRFs in Single View.  When you click on a CRF (new or existing CRF), an error message box with title 'Patient Casebooks and error message 'Message for this are listed below' is  seen with two 'x' icons and no error message next to it. The same CRF can be opened with no error from MPCB page.
