Not Able To Enable ODU3e2 With ODU3e2 Connectivity (Doc ID 2645009.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Pipe Component

Not able to enable ODU3e2 with ODU3e2 connectivity and the issue is happening with API call

ERROR
-----------------------

oracle.communications.inventory.api.exception.ValidationException: Invalid enablement. Rider (*******) and bearer (********) shouldn't have the same rate code (ODU3e2).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to ride ODU3e2 Connectivity over ODU3e2 connectivity.
