Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 2.4.0 version,
When attempting to submit a Text Load Set, the job fails and
the following error occurs in the DPServer log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Text Load Set.
2. Submit the Load Set for execution.
