ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Component definition rows are duplicated after saving the manually created component
User were creating a component manually. user created the component definitions and saved it. After saving the component, the rows user created were duplicated. When user were about to approve the component, user just include the original rows by ticking the check box and left the duplicated ones unchecked as workaround.
