ESM ACK Transmission Logs Not Created | Process Stuck (Doc ID 2646167.1)

On : Oracle Argus Safety 8.1.1 version,

ESM ACK Transmission Logs not created | Process stuck

Have observed that the ACK Transmission Logs are frequently not created on the Interchange server Log directory.

Other ESM Log files like the E2B transmission, ACK Import and the E2B import are updated regularly.

Once, the Argus Interchange Service is restarted, the ACK Transmission logs are created and also the outgoing ACKS.

Request assistance in understanding this scenario where only the ACK Transmission is stuck and not other features of the Argus Interchange service, as the other log files are created/updated regularly.
