MSS  6.3.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

==================

When user enters Lat/Long values on End User Location page via the tbs.client, there seems no validation for user entered values, hence, it is causing problem for downstream integrations.

but MSS allows invalid values also .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
====================
MSS SHOULD NOT allow invalid values in these fields .

Steps :
========
Enter the an invalid value in latitude say "93.189871" MetaSolv accepts the data and converted the latitude to "S 93-11-23.535" which is outside the valid range for latitude values.
