Upgrading Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator from v6.0.0.1.1 to vv6.0.0.2.0.

User facing below issue while upgrading OUTA from v6.0.0.1.1 to v6.0.0.2.0
1. Not able to execute any of the test flow and getting continuous error on log fiiles.
A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 0 [character 1 line 1]

2. While importing the custom flow from  v6.0.0.1.1 to v6.0.0.2.0, getting the below error.
integrity constraint (UTA.COMPONENT_PROD_MOD_XREF_FK) violated - parent key not found
; nested exception is java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (UTA.COMPONENT_PROD_MOD_XREF_FK) violated - parent key not found

3. Flow execution summery is not displaying.

4. Flow execution stuck at In progress state.
