ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issues with making connection assignments on Under Construction Equipment

In the CLR/DLR section of Connection Design window while assigning an In-Service base connection associated to a network, to an under construction equipment, the application gives the below error.

You may not assign to this equipment until it and its parent hierarchy have
been installed via their associated service order.
