Supp Cancel Order Task completion API Issue

Issue with completion of DLRD and DD tasks with completeTaskRequest API for cancel orders .

Currently for the cancel order all the tasks are moved to Ready state which is out of box MSS functionality .The business is completing the manual tasks manually , but there is a request from business that all the tasks needs to be completed automatically for a cancel order. But we have issues in completing the DLRD and DD tasks using the API.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:

MSS Web services should allow to complete the DLRD and DD task in this cancelled order scenario w/o any error .


STEPS :
========
>>Create a transport order using the WS {SOAP UI}
>>Open the order is GUI .
>>Assign a new Circuit to it in GUI .
>>Assign the prov-plan in GUI
>>Save and Closed the Order.
>>Supp-Cancell the order using WS
>>Process Supp-Cancell using the WS {Saw all tasks comes to Ready status}
>>Try completing the DLRD task using the WS (completeTaskRequest )and got the error as below
>>Try completing the DD task using the WS (completeTaskRequest )and got the error as below
