Goal

OUTA- Exception occured when try to Save the databank after renaming the flow.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Rename a test flow as "1.1C1AccountAdd".
2. Edit the databank and change the values.
3. Click Save and Close.
4. Exception is returned.
