Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace
Getting exception when personnel are attempted to be added using the edit crew option.
Error Dialog
Could not save crew.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Edit a crew in Crew Makeup
2. Attempt to add a crew member to the crew
