Reprocess Core Dumps With Long Milter Server Hostname (Doc ID 2649015.1)

Symptoms

Reprocess is producing core files after patching Messaging Server from version 8.1.0.1.20190704 to version 8.1.0.4.20200228.

The patching consisted of the following steps:
1. stop-msg
2. remove the old package
3. install the new package
4. start-msg

When the patch was removed, the cores stopped happening.
