How to configure Registration URL received via mobile application

Goal
When invoking the Register rest service with email validation enabled, the email received does not contain a fully qualified link to register. In customer's case, the registration email just contains:
/portal/oracle/webcenter/page/scopedMD/s72b369d4_52ff_4493_8b7a_6f37683395f8/Page6ca751f2_9d1f_4bea_9531_97cef129cbf0.jspx?genConfirmID=############)
...while registration through web app, the registration email contains:
http://x.y.z.w:8888/webcenter/portal/oracle/webcenter/page/scopedMD/s72b369d4_52ff_4493_8b7a_6f37683395f8/Page6ca751f2_9d1f_4bea_9531_97cef129cbf0.jspx?genConfirmID=############
