Goal

There are two issues reported.

Issue #1 : In Nortel CS2K SIP Cartridge, in LOOPBACK mode, QRY MULTIPLE SIP LEN ASDL's return parameter logic for the OLD_ENDPOINT_LEN and STATUS parameters need to be updated as per new business use case.

Issue #2 : In Nortel CS2K SIP Cartridge, OLD_SIP_PASSWD is returned incorrectly in DEL and MOD SIP-SUBSCRIBER ASDL.
