Goal

Why does the NMS application (WebLogic) needs to do reach out to the domain controller (DC) Active Directory (AD) after someone has been logged into the application. The application seems to make a call to the domain controller several times from within the map viewer and other sections of the application.

Is there some configuration in the application that can be configured to stop the number of calls to the domain controller Active Directory?
