ASAP Application Restart Failed On Node-1 And Sun Cluster Switched ASAP To Start In Node-2 (Doc ID 2652214.1)

Symptoms

We had issue when we attempted to restart only ASAP Application from node-1. It looks like the Application failed to start and that is the reason it flipped to node-2. Please help to check why the start failed on node-1
