Goal

On : 6.0.0.1.0 version, CCB

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OUTA - Unable to process payment Event Cancellation

When user follow the same steps using the CCB (Manually) test, user getting the desired result in CCB however while using the OUTA components the final verification point does not meet the requirements

Detailed comparison using manual versus OUTA flow and the logs are attached in the document. Please follow the attached documents to replicate the issue.

This issue is impacting automation of 50 test scripts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Via OUTA Payment event should show the cancel status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. VIA OUTA - FAILED
1. Flow Executed completed successfully
OUTA version is 6.0.0.1.1
2. Payment and Payment Event got cancelled via OUTA
3. When validating the results: The expected results were not achieved.

Test objective: Verify that user is able to cancel a payment related to NSF with cancel reason "Account Closed" and following changes should happen in the Account during cancellation:
a. $20 NSF charge should be applied
b. Cash Only Score should increase by 100
c. Credit Rating decrease by 50

Prerequistie:
i) Customer type is Residential
ii) Cancel Rease is "Account Closed".
 
B. VIA MANUAL - PASSED
 
1. Payment Event, Payment Add
2. Payment Event Tender; Payment Cancellation
3. When validating the results: The expected results were achieved.
