On : 2.7.0.1.0 version, Install / Upgrade

CF_PAY_TNDR fact failed while loading data

While loading data to CF_PAY_TNDR fact job failed the following error:
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("DWADM"."CF_PAY_TNDR"."ACCT_KEY")

Steps to replicate:

1. Ensure that for a pay id multiple FT's are present in CI_FT table with FT type flag as 'PX'
2. Load associated pay tender and verify the result
