Symptoms

On : 7.3.5.0.0 version in Production environment

orders were failing post OSM order purging due to below exception:

ERROR

"Failed to create and start the order due to java.lang.RuntimeException: com.mslv.oms.OMSException: encountered error starting orchestration caused by:null".
