HowTo Forcibly Delete Acccount with Open Session on ECE (Doc ID 2653877.1)

Symptoms

During account migration process, in the event of problems, there should be an option to rollback and forcefully delete accounts which have open active sessions on Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) side.

Issue reproduction prerequisite:
-----------------------------------------
1) Load pin_notify with custom delete entry:
    # Account delete event
    1301 0 /event/notification/account/delete
2) Change below entry in $PIN_HOME/sys/eai_js/Infranet.properties to:
    infranet.eai.configFile= $PIN_HOME/sys/eai_js/payloadconfig_ifw_sync.xml
3) Restart cm and eai_js.


Steps to reproduce:
-------------------------
1. Create an Account.
2. Do a usage (example: a voice call for 2 hours).
3. Check for an active ECE session for the above Account.
4. Delete the account by running PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT opcode from testnap and one can see error:
