Requirement:There is a need to update price for all the plans having data service (from current beat = 1 (1 byte) to be changed to beat = 1000 (1 kilobyte))

The beat is updated using PDC UI and also with ImportExportPricing utility and the below issues have been observed.

1. New price-model is created in BRM, ideally it should update the existing price-model.
2. In BRM, price selector still points to old price model having beat = 1 i.e. expected change is not reflected
3. This creates in-consistency between BRM and PDC as BRM price selector still points to old price model (having beat 1) and PDC points to new price model (having beat 1000)
