[OUTA] Automation Flow Set Execution: Proxy Error 502 (Doc ID 2654848.1)

Goal

Proxy Error 502 was encountered when trying to execute flow Set with large number of flows.
We looked at the execution history, Flow Set is not reflecting Run Status in OUTA
