While doing a topic scan from RIB Diagnostic Monitoring Tool(RDMT) a lot of messages were found in RIB topics.

and lot of rows available in respective topic table (when checked from RIBAQ database).

Due to which the performance of RIB is slow.

SIM/WMS tafr adaptors were stopped, which was being used initially.
