Oracle Student Financial Planning Cloud Service - Delete "Internal" User Accounts In customer Test Environments (Doc ID 2655016.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 24, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Student Financial Planning Cloud Service - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In customers test SFP environments there are internal user accounts created before single-sign on (SSO) was configured for the environments.

Then when customer attempts to login via SSO with a username or email address that matches one of these "internal" accounts, it causes future logins to fail with the following error message:

Login error: query did not return a unique result: 2; nested exception is javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 2

Customer can't delete these internal accounts themselves.
