Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PS2 Upgrade : Upgrade inserting data in pipeline schema

The user is doing a direct upgrade of BRM from  7.5 Patchset 21 to BRM 12 Patchset 2 using silent mode.

Even though this is an upgrade, they observed following Structured Query Language (SQL) queries are getting executed during installation, which is not the expected behavior.

ifw_Create.sql
insertWIRELESS_SAMPLE.sql
ifw_Synonyms.sql

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally all database updates/inserts are part of pin_setup and are controlled with pin_setup parameters, not during installation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate the response using UI upgrade of BRM12 PS2.
2. Use response file to upgrade in silent mode
