SARM Server Keep Terminating After Deploy And Un-deploy Cartridge (Doc ID 2656566.1)

Symptoms

SARM server is not coming up after the deployment of custom cartridge. We followed following steps:

1) Code was deployed which had some issue
2) Code was rolledback
3) Restarted the ASAP servers and WebLogic after code rollback
4) SARM process is not coming up
