Billing Care SSO Logout Error (Doc ID 2656869.1)

Symptoms

Billing Care (BC) is integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and Single Sign-on (SSO) is configured using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)/Federation for login.

When logging out of Billing Care user interface, the system does not return to the appropriate login page. Instead, it redirects to a server error page. "HOSTNAME:PORT/oam/pages/servererror.jsp"

All configurations were working before customer had an issue with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server, which required a reboot, then Billing Care also needed to be restarted. After restart of BC, the user is getting this logout error.
