Symptoms

We are facing the below error while accepting the xml file from ICSR pending screen

Error No 305100048 : Esm Failed to create entry in worklist for loaded ICSR case.

Error from CMN_ERROR_LOG:

Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred. ORA-00001: unique constraint (ARGUS_APP.PK_USER_ACCESS) violated
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred. ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ARGUS_APP.FK_CSRO_CASE_ID) violated - parent key not found
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred. ORA-01403: no data found
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred. ORA-20006: ORA-01403: no data found
