Symptoms

J2.3 [MHLWFLAGFORURGENTREPORT] is not generated on ICSR though urgent report flag is set.

 

Steps to Repeat:
1. Create a new foreign spontaneous case.
2. Enter data for PMDA R3 for the case.
3. Check Urgent Report check-box at PMDA Info >> General.
4. Schedule PMDA R3 report.
5. Click Draft link of the report. ICSR Viewer opens. J2.3 does not exist.
