When Mobile Workforce Management sends a new activity to Customer to Meter / Service Order Management, it includes the Contact Details [Customer Name, Contact Name] - but once the message is delivered to D1-FARequestSynchronous, the Contact Details are lost and the Activity created in C2M/SOM then lacks this information.
