What is the purpose of the holding scheduler in MWM 2.3 SP3?
The scheduler has a state which is HOLDING, but has no algorithms attached to it. Then, what is the use of this scheduler post MWM 2.3 SP3 upgrade? If the activity goes into error, then in which scheduler should it go because earlier it used to go under Holding scheduler?
