Import Files Are Not Processed From the IN Folder (Doc ID 2660751.1)

Symptoms

Folders configured in the ESM Mapping for Reporting Destination.
The ESM server is not processing the files from the IN Folder.
Not seeing any obvious errors.

The E2BReceive.exe process does not seem to be spawning.

The XML file is never moved from the IN folder
The Temp file that is created in the IN folder is not created
(This happens right before the XML file is removed from the IN folder)

The ESM_E2BImport_<DBNAME>_<DATE>.txt log file is not created.

All other ESM log files are generated

E2B Export is working and the file is created in the OUT folder

Tried restarting the Interchange Services, still not working

The Receive Process in the Mapping tool is pointed to the correct folder for the E2BReceive.exe file

There is a record in the ESM_IMPORT_QUEUE table with Status 2 for this XML file
