POUs Not Meant To Be Assigned To Standby Shifts (Doc ID 2661446.1)

Goal

Unable to assign POUs to stand by shifts

STEPS
------------
1) Crew shift is created setting stand by as 'No' and a POU is created
2) Shift is started
3) POU is assigned to the shift and it gets assigned

But, when you edit the shift and make it as stand by shift the POU gets unassigned.
