On : 2.5.0.3.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While searching with Person ID in Hold Request UI, duplicate rows are returned for the same Hold Request.
This is happening for Hold Request in Released status or Hold Request having multiple entries in HOLD_REQ_LOG and when it is used the Search Filter: Person ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu -> Financial -> Hold Request -> Search;
2. Search Filter: Person ID=<Person ID>.
