Symptoms
On : 2.8.0.0.0 version
While uploading data to the Transaction Feed, there is no possibility to process the FRT.
The batch gets competed but on the File Upload Dashboard getting the bellow error.

"Input request field 10-FEE_AMT has invalid number value 1 at record no 29".
