This is a request for a new usage to rate check by calling the base "Rate Check - Default Usage" Service Script. The said script generates an outbound message (C1-UsageRequestOutMsg) and receives a realtime response from MDM containing the reads within the usage period (estimated or not). Inside the script, the "Allow Estimate" switch is always being set to 'true' so estimation can be performed if needed. We tried using this service for an SA where estimation should occur but based on the logs, the scalarProcessing/isEstimate switch being returned from MDM is equal to 'false'. To validate if the usage reads would really be estimated, we tried manually generating a bill on the target date and allowed estimation. Is there any solution for this?
