Symptoms

Add the capability to model SIP TG Peering within the MetaSolv Solution software. The requested functionality should take the following business requirements into consideration:

- Assign a TG and Two-Six code to multiple locations
- Restricted (or ability to restrict ) to TDM Traffic only
- Keep restrictions preventing multiple CLLI location usage on TDM traffic
