Goal

C2M-Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter Base

While Starting service on a Premise from Start Stop screen, received a pop-up Warning message "The Billing Address Source for Start/Stop is Person (3/31601) When service is started or stopped, the Billing address will be the address specified for this account. The Premise address will not be used for billing." When customer click on the OK Button, the Field Activity for Start Service is created.

Customer have noticed that 2 field activity gets generated per transaction (for each service) and one of them is rolled back. This is causing two field activities being sent from C2M to the field service system. But when customer check in C2M, only one activity can be traced since the other field activity is rolled back. This can be traced in the debug logs.
