Symptoms

After upgrading from 18.x to 19.x users who have previously had the ability to edit/modify permissions in the Documents node of the Document Manager seem to no longer be able to do so.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access Environment Workspace
  2. Navigate to any folder/document within any Documents node of any Document Manager space
  3. Select any folder/document
  4. Select the Permissions tab in the right pane, permission settings are visible, however, there is no ability to edit the permissions

NOTE: Before the upgrade, modifications to the permissions was possible by way of a Permissions button found in the toolbar. Now there is no such button. The group the user is assigned to has Full Access permissions set on the Documents node in their permissions in Admin mode.
