Symptoms

Upgrade Path: Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 75PS21 to BRM12 PS2.

With BRM12, wallet is used for database connection (DBC) in realtime and batch pipeline. The Login module does not require the Password parameter to be set.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure dbLoader registry file.
2. Enable FCT_AggreGate in custom pipeline
2. Start pipeline
