Symptoms

With an Oracle service-oriented architecture (SOA), Application Integration Architecture (AIA), Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 setup, after installing SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 and AIA 12.2.1.1, the user is unable to deploy composites with below error:
