Incorrect Net Amount Displayed In Billing Care (Doc ID 2665407.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect net amount displayed in Billing Care 'Events' page.
 
Steps to reproduce
--------------------------
1. Create account.
2. Perform usage both with positive amount of 14.40 and negative amount of 2.88
3. Go to Billing care 'Events' page
4. select the event with negative and positive charge
5.One can see as shown in the attached 'actual_issue' image, the total value in the 'Selected net amount' field is wrong.


Actual behavior
-----------------------
'Selected net amount' field is showing positive charge of 17.28


Expected behavior
-----------------------
'Selected net amount' field should display the charge of 11.52
