Symptoms

In situations where business may need to re-process the payments that fall into payment upload staging exceptions, PUPL balances Tender Control without
populating Ending Balance, thus causing Outstanding Over/Under. The issue is observed in a scenario with multiple tenders of different tender types linked to a single Tender Control.
