Deprecated functionality of Field Service Control/Operation Area/ Dispatch Group in C2M.
In a typical CCB Implementation a dispatch group can be assigned to FAs based on the combination of the SP Type, FA Type and Operation Area. This functionality gives the client a way to assign the correct dispatch group that will work on the FA (this functionality is expected in C2M as in CCB v2.4).
In C2M (with SOM) this functionality has been deprecated
1) What is the reason why the functionality deprecated in C2M with SOM?
2) Is the functionality moved to some other Oracle Utility Product (i.e. MWM)?
3) Is this a valid product enhancement request for SOM?
