No Data Populated In CI_BESG_READ Table After Billing Batch Completion In Production

Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, UT - Utilities
No data populated in CI_BESG_READ table after Billing batch completion in Production
User using CCB 2.5.0.2 running on Weblogic 12.1.3 .
User have 2 batch server and 2 app server running in Cluster. on 17 March after successful completion of BIlling batch , there is no data populated in CI_BSEG_READ table.
17th march billing batch processed around xxxxxx records and xxxx to do was created. It has created xxxxx bills. The bills are created with read and consumption is captured in SQ details, calculation lines. The bills are on regular reads.
The issue with all these bills that reading is not captured in Bill segment –read details
